WINDOW PAINTING
THIS IS JUST AN APPROXIMATE PRICING SHEET. PRICING WILL VARY ON INDIVIDUAL DESIGN
(Calculated by sq. ft. of window NOT sq. ft. of artwork)
Most Small Business or Personal Home Window average between $40-$60 a piece
Simple Borders or Simple Shapes $2 sq. ft
Characters $3 -$4 sq. ft
Words $3-$5 sq. ft
Landscapes $2-$4 sq.ft
Windows Requiring taller than a 6ft ladder +$1 sq. ft
*Additional work due to adverse conditions on surface that requires extraneous labor such as very dirty windows, sticker removal etc will be charged extra, by the hour, at a rate of $40.00 / hour, and sometimes cannot be determined until after the job has begun.
PAYMENT TERMS: Intial consultation is FREE. If sketches are desired (optional) they will be charged at $15/sketch. Full balance is due on the final day of completion.
MURALS
Pricing starts at $10 per square foot and decreases with increased size of mural; at 100/sf price drops to $8/sf – at 250 sf drops to $6/sf – at 500/sf price drops to $5/sf.
*Price per square foot may increase if design requested is complex. This will be indicated in price quote and determined at the time that the final sketch is approved.
Non-Refundable Design/Sketch Fee: $100 – Includes up to 2 sets of changes by client (Additional sketches charged at $25/sketch)
*Additional work due to adverse conditions on surface that requires extraneous labor will be charged extra, by the hour, at a rate of $40.00 / hour, and sometimes cannot be determined until after the job has begun.
PAYMENT TERMS: Design fee of $100 due prior to sketch process. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due two weeks prior to start date of painting (this allows ordering of supplies and scheduling.) Full balance is due on the final day of completion.
